Overall responsible for managing & leading the Substation Projects from Initiating to close out phase as per contract schedule. Address and resolve technical issues that may arise during construction, collaborating with the engineering team to find practical solutions. Manage the procurement of necessary materials and equipment, ensuring they meet project requirements and are delivered on time. Implement and oversee stringent quality control measures throughout the project, conducting regular inspections to ensure that construction work complies with design and quality requirements. Develop a detailed project plan, including scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure that it aligns with client expectations and industry standards. Efficiently allocate project resources, including labor, equipment, and budget, and monitor their usage throughout the project. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and budget overruns. Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, contractors, and support staff, ensuring they work cohesively and remain focused on project objectives. Manage project finances, control costs, and ensure the project stays within budget constraints. Evaluate and initiate change requests, ensuring they align with project objectives and do not compromise project scope or quality. Enforce strict safety standards and promote a safe work environment, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols. Maintain accurate project records and generate regular progress reports for clients and stakeholders. Oversee the successful closure of the project, including client handover, final inspections, and documentation, and ensure that all project objectives are met.
