Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Executive to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure across both plant and office environments. The role involves handling hardware, software, networking, surveillance systems (CCTV), printers, and supporting cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations and minimize downtime in our manufacturing and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities System & Hardware Management: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals. Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues for both office and plant equipment. Software Support: Install, configure, and update operating systems and business software. Manage user accounts, licenses, and access control for various applications. Support ERP and other manufacturing-related software tools. Networking: Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi networks. Troubleshoot network performance issues and coordinate with vendors/ISPs when required. Security & Surveillance: Maintain and monitor CCTV cameras and related NVR/DVR systems. Ensure data backups and network security across devices and systems. Cloud & Data Management: Support users in cloud-based applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ERP on cloud). Assist with data backup, cloud storage management, and system access control. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on IT infrastructure and suggest improvements. Maintain documentation for IT assets, network diagrams, and maintenance logs. User Support & Training: Provide technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Educate employees on IT best practices, data security, and proper system usage.
