As a SBI Life Mitra, the primary responsibilities include building strong relationships with customers, understanding their insurance needs, and providing suitable solutions. The role involves meeting sales targets, educating customers about the various insurance products, assisting with policy documentation and claim processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the SBI Life Mitra will participate in promotional activities and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on relationship building Knowledge of insurance products and services Sales experience and ability to meet targets Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with local market and customer base Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
