Role Overview TheProject cum Operations Managerwill oversee the complete project lifecycle — from material dispatch and site coordination to system installation, quality assurance, and project handover. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with operational excellence to ensure smooth, on-time, and compliant project delivery. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Plan, schedule, and execute solar projects from initiation to commissioning. Coordinate with design teams for system layouts and approvals. Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget. Ensure compliance with MNRE and DISCOM installation standards. Operations & Logistics Manage inventory, procurement, and dispatch of materials to project sites. Track logistics, delivery schedules, and warehouse coordination. Maintain accurate records of material movement and usage. Team Coordination & Supervision Supervise and guide site engineers, technicians, and contractors. Conduct daily/weekly progress meetings and reporting. Ensure site safety practices and compliance with quality standards. Quality Control & Project Handover Perform on-site quality inspections during and after installation. Verify mounting structure alignment, panel placement, wiring, and inverter setup. Ensure successful system testing, commissioning, and documentation. Prepare QC checklists, project reports, and final handover documents. Client & Vendor Management Coordinate with clients for site readiness and project updates. Manage vendor relationships for timely material supply and service delivery. Support subsidy documentation under PM Surya Ghar and other state schemes. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related technical field). 2–8 years of experience in solar project execution, EPC, or operations. Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, components, and electrical layouts. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project tracking tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Preferred Skills Experience handling MNRE, DISCOM, or net-metering projects. Familiarity with residential and commercial rooftop installations. Knowledge of subsidy and documentation processes under government schemes. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Salary Range ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (depending on experience) + performance-based incentives
