Kindly share your resume on Please visit our website - Job Description Developing and implementing maintenance strategies and procedures that minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions. Good command on Mechanical maintenance of Hydraulic System (like power pack, heavy jack, material handling equipments,) Press machines, Fork Lift, EOT cranes, MIG welding machines, grinders, CNC VMC, CNC VTL, CNC Turning etc. Planning and scheduling for yearly maintenance work mentioning type of maintenance. Knowledge of ERP and SAP, maintain the maintainace data in SAP. Analytical skill of maintainance data from SAP for periodic analysis of equipments health. Monitoring the inventory of spare parts and supplies, accordingly to raise the PR to avoid delays in maintenance activities. Ensuring that all maintenance work is documented according to internal and external requirements. Managing & Motivating the maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance activities are performed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards. Preparing maintenance-related budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining standards of equipment and facility upkeep. Conducting regular inspections and audits of facilities and equipment to identify areas for improvement and compliance with health and safety regulations. Drive and implementing continual improvement initiatives that enhance maintenance procedures and reduce costs. Training and developing maintenance staff to enhance their skill sets and efficiency. Drive and implementing energy-saving measures and sustainability practices in maintenance operations. Good command on spare parts drgs. generating , interpretation and implementation Fault finding and attacking the root cause Spares management and development of Indigenous spares wherever necessary. Department manpower planning according to the work load. Implementing TPM and 5-S. Low cost automation New project expansion and implementation Ensure Zero Breakdown target. Desired Candidate Profile Quick Response and Quick Control(QRQC) attitude. Have good communication skills, both written and verbal. Good co-ordination skill with production team and others. Knowledge / Experience of Hydraulic System/Equipment is desirable. Should be a self-driven and innovative individual. Conversant with SAP PM module, Computer proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PPT), managing internet, Preparing Power Point presentations. Having willingness to travel across all the Projects as part of implementation of Policy Guidelines. Provide necessary support in automation and integration and suggest process improvements for better service delivery. Candidate should be presentable and have good leadership skills.
