We’re now seeking aProject Head for Product Developmentto lead the end-to-end design, engineering, and production of our first-generation electrical ORAL Care Products.Role Overview As theProject Head , you’ll own the complete product development lifecycle — from concept and prototyping to manufacturing and launch. You’ll collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and design experts while managing suppliers, testing partners, and contract manufacturers. This is ahands-on leadership roleideal for an engineer or product developer who loves building real-world consumer hardware.Key Responsibilities Lead theend-to-end developmentof the electric Oral Care products — concept, design, prototyping, testing, tooling, and production. Translateuser needs and market researchinto technical specifications and design requirements. Manage and guide across-functional teamof mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers, as well as industrial designers. Work closely withmanufacturing partnersto ensure design for manufacturability (DFM), assembly (DFA), and cost efficiency. Overseeprototype testing, validation, and compliancefor CE/FCC/BIS, IPX waterproofing, safety, and reliability standards. Coordinate with vendors for component sourcing (motors, batteries, PCBs, bristles, plastics, etc.). Maintain product development timelines, budgets, and quality metrics. Collaborate with marketing and business teams to align product roadmap with launch goals. Foster aculture of innovation , rapid iteration, and continuous improvement within the product team.
