Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Exhibit self-starter qualities with quick learning ability. Implement solutions with respect to country nuances. Manage shipper and LSP scenarios. Handle charge management including freight agreements, rates, and scales. Multi-task and work under stringent deadlines. Understand and work on various internal systems. Work on SAP TM (Lane Management). Manage TM Master data. Have hands-on experience working with OData Service.
