Some of our portfolio brands are Miss Chase, Dolce Crudo, Miss Chase A+, Life with Pockets.Job Summary :We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate /Generalist with 2 years of experience to manage both HR operations and recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, attendance, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. Strong communication and management skills are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities :1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines - Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and agencies - Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts2. Onboarding & Offboarding- Handle complete onboarding formalities including documentation, induction, and system access - Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth joining experience - Manage exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and ensure clearance process3. Employee Engagement- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives - Collect employee feedback and support HR in enhancing work culture - Assist in organizing events, celebrations, and team-building programs4. Attendance Management- Monitor and maintain daily attendance and leave records - Address employee queries related to attendance, salary, and deductions5. Stakeholder Management- Liaise with internal departments like Admin, IT, Finance, etc., to support HR operations - Ensure effective communication and coordination with department heads for HR needsKey Skills Required :- Good verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and management abilities - Ability to handle both factory-level and office-level HR responsibilities - Proactive and organized approach to workQualifications :- MBA/PGDM (Preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 2+ years of relevant HR experienceWorking Conditions :- Full-time, On-site - 5 days working from office only
