Position for heading the F&B Production at a brand new project in South Bangalore. Project is a70 seater, vegetarian, upscale casual dining with a focus on New age Continental, Indian Cuisine, Pizza and an emphasis on balancing nutrition.Responsibilities:- Pre-opening & Set up of all Kitchen SOP's, Food Trials and Recipe Standardisation - Creative outlook towards developing new dishes & recipes - Maintaining consistency of operations, quality of output - Managing & maintaining food cost - Handling all kitchen staff - Coordination with other departments to ensure smooth overall functioning - Create reports, duty rosters,Looking for:- Expertise in continental cuisines, some experience with Indian cuisine cooking and an interest in nutrition - 8-10 years of experience in F&B production and some experience in a leadership position. - Bachelors / Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary or related fields. - Passionate and Innovative individual looking to be part of project that ushers in a new age of hospitality - Open minded, team player with good communication skills
