Position Overview:We are seeking an accomplished Head of Sales & Client Experience to lead our sales strategy and client engagement initiatives. This senior leadership role requires a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the professional services and IT staffing industry, with deep expertise in cultivating enterprise relationships and delivering exceptional client outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership & Strategy- Drive end-to-end sales strategy for Professional Services across Staffing, Permanent Placement, Managed Capacity, and Platform solutions - Own and exceed revenue targets for Enterprise and Corporate accounts, including Fortune 5000 clients and Indian Corporate houses - Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new service lines and emerging client segments - Lead business development initiatives to expand market share in IT services and technology staffing domains - Develop pricing strategies, deal structures, and commercial frameworks that maximize profitability while ensuring client valueClient Experience & Relationship Management- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders across client organizations - Design and implement client experience frameworks that drive retention, satisfaction, and wallet share expansion - Establish governance models for key accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and proactive issue resolution - Champion voice-of-customer initiatives to continuously enhance service quality and client engagementTeam Leadership & Development- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales and account management team - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results-driven performance - Implement sales enablement programs, training, and tools to enhance team capabilities - Set clear KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business objectivesMarket & Industry Engagement- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs in the IT staffing and professional services space - Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and networking events - Leverage industry insights to identify new business opportunities and partnership avenuesRequired QualificationsExperience- 15-20 years of progressive experience in B2B sales within the Professional Services and IT Staffing industry - Proven track record of selling Staffing, Permanent Placement, Managed Capacity, and Platform solutions to enterprise clients - Demonstrated success in engaging with Fortune 5000 Enterprise clients and Indian Corporate houses - Experience working with leading staffing and professional services firms. - Managed Services sales experience is highly desirableSkills & Competencies- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and commercial orientation - Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills at CXO level - Strong negotiation and deal closure capabilities with complex, multi-stakeholder engagements - Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence - Data-driven approach to sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing prioritiesEducation- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
