About the RoleIEM Robotics (An initiate of IEMA Research and Development Pvt Ltd) is looking for adynamic and motivated Field Techno Sales Executive to drive on-ground sales and promoteinnovative STEM and EdTech solutions across schools, colleges, and institutions. This role isideal for professionals who enjoy meeting clients face-to-face, building strong relationships,and combining technical understanding with effective sales execution to accelerate growthin the education sector.Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, and educational institutions to promote andsell STEM and EdTech solutions. Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, cold calls, and on-sitemeetings. Understand client requirements—both technical and business—and recommendsuitable solutions. Give on-site product demonstrations and presentations to teachers, principals, andmanagement teams. Coordinate with internal technical, product, and implementation teams to delivercustomized solutions. Manage the complete field sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals andachieving sales targets. Ensure timely follow-up, provide after-sales support, and maintain long-termrelationships with clients. Gather market intelligence, monitor competitors, and share regular feedback andreports with the management. Represent IEM Robotics at educational fairs, exhibitions, and networking events tobuild brand visibility.Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field. 1–5 years of proven experience in field or institutional sales, preferably in theEdTech or STEM education sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent communication in English and local language. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools and field reportingtools.. Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid driving license. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Technically sound, with the ability to explain product features to non-technicalstakeholders. Target-driven, self-disciplined, and willing to travel extensively within assignedterritories.Why Join Us Competitive salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000.
