HCLTECH-Hiring for Bengaluru location _ Freshers_ Provisioning & Activation Executive (Process Associate Cum customer service representative)Work Location: [ Bangalore 5 days WFO]Department: Network Operations / Service DeliveryExperience Required: FRESHERS (Arts & Science)Education: Bachelor's Degree (Courses in networking or knowledge holding and candidate should be a graduated)Qualifications which are not eligible to apply are: (BTECH, IT, MTECH, BE.)Candidates can share your profiles - priyankas.manna@ with below given details.Name:Mobile No:Email Id:Freshers Yes / No:Qualification:Any basic Networking Courses/ Knowledge:Night shift Yes / No:Current Location:Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates FROM Arts and Science background.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in data, voice, VPN, and leased lines based on customer requirements. - Perform service activation and validation using standard scripts and configuration templates. - Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, field ops, service assurance) to ensure timely delivery of services. - Monitor order queues and handle provisioning tasks through OSS/BSS tools. - Track and escalate delays or configuration issues proactively. - Document completed tasks and update customer provisioning status. - Maintain accurate records of network elements, circuits, and customer configurations. - Participate in shift operations and ensure SLA adherence.What Youll Learn:- Understanding of provisioning systems like Cramer, Siebel, Remedy, etc. - Configuring network devices . - Exposure to IP Address management, VLANs, and routing protocols - Real-time coordination between cross-functional telecom teams - Use of service delivery tools and ticketing systemsSkills & Qualifications:- Good communication skills (verbal and written) - Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP address, routing, switching) - Eagerness to learn telecom infrastructure and systems - Attention to detail and ability to follow processes - Willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts or weekends, if required) - Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting tools is a plusPreferred Certifications (not mandatory):- Cisco CCNA (Beginner Level) - NOC or Telecom Network Fundamentals Training
