Job Title

Key Responsibilities:- Assist site engineers in day-to-day supervision and site execution activities. - Learn and understand project drawings, layouts, and specifications. - Support in quantity surveying, material estimation, and measurement of work. - Monitor progress of construction and report deviations, if any. - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for material and work execution. - Assist in maintaining site documentation such as daily progress reports, material records, and checklists. - Observe and support quality checks and safety measures at the construction site. - Participate in internal meetings and reviews to understand project planning and timelines. - Undertake any other learning assignments as guided by the site in-charge or project head.Key Skills & Competencies:- Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices. - Good analytical and problem-solving ability. - Willingness to learn and adapt to site conditions. - Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred). - Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.Learning Opportunities:- Exposure to large-scale residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. - On-the-job training from experienced engineers and project managers. - Opportunity to understand real estate construction processes end-to-end. - Foundation for long-term growth in construction and project management domains.Employment Type:Apprenticeship / Training (Contractual for 12 months, extendable based on performance)Notice:Master's degree completed candidates or pursuing a Master's degree are not eligible for this role.
