We have Openings for Application Development Engineer- Ruby on Rails professionals at Bangalore locationTotal Experience: 6+ yrsRole: Application Development Engineer- Ruby on RailsSalary: Case to case basisNotice period: upto 60 DaysMode of job: 5 Days Working from OfficeJob Description:Primarily Roles & Responsibilities- Participate in feature requirements definition with a team of product managers, developer and testers - Develop features specifications and implement detailed design to deliver on defined requirements - Problem isolation and fault finding in application using modern tools and environment - Support test automation for developed features - Customer issue replication - Creating and updating of releases notes. - Work across Development team onsite and offsite to create market leading products across world-wide markets. - Mentor junior engineers on development, code and debuggingSkills, Knowledge, Abilities- Expert Ruby-on-Rails programmer with top class debugging skills - Experience in Web page design and creation for Ruby applications - Experience with Java, JavaScript and development on top of an embedded Linux server - Possess an understanding and an interest in UX technologies and networking concepts protocols, applications and interfaces - Excellent analytical skills and an ability to cope with ambiguity and change - Proven experience in the full software development cycle within a project based environment - Able to use debuggers, protocol analyzers and logic analyzers - Self-starter with excellent communication and documentation skills and with the ability to work unaided - Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.Highly Desirable to have (some of the following):- Proven development experience with Embedded Linux Kernel and Device Drivers - Experience with remoting protocols such as RDP, VNC and/or PCOIP - Possess a thorough understanding of protocol stack concepts and architecture - Familiarity with protocol development for embedded systems. - Experience in Rest API development - Understanding of how to harden a system from a cyber-security perspectiveif interested, please do share below details along with your profile to vijitha.k@Total experience:Rev experience in Ruby on Rails:Experience into Embedded:Experience into Linux:CTC:Exp ctc:Notice period:Cur Location:Pref location:Cur company:Any offers in pipeline:Education qualification
