As we scale, we are looking for a driven and hands-onAssistant Manager – HRto own bothHR Operations and Business Partnering .Role Highlights : As Assistant Manager – HR, you will be responsible for: Managing end-to-endHR operations– payroll, compliance, employee support and assistance in designing Drivingtalent acquisition & onboardingacross store and office roles Acting as aBusiness Partnerto employees and leadership on people matters Leadingemployee engagement, learning & development, and performance processes Providing data-drivenHR dashboards & insightsto guide business decisions Success in This Role Looks Like (First 12 Months) Hands-on recruiter with the ability to engage and retain talent Payroll, compliance, and core HR processes run smoothly and without error Smooth and scalable Recruitment & onboarding processes established to support business growth. Assist leadership in establishing clearHR framework(performance cycle, compliance adherence). Healthyemployee engagement and retention scoresacross brands. Leadershipdashboards and insights . Employee engagement activities successfully drive a positive work culture. HR role is also positioned as asupportive and approachable functionfor employees and managers.What We’re Looking For : MBA/PGDM in HR (from reputed institute preferred). Proficiency inMS Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS tools 3-6 yearsof HR experience, ideally with exposure to bot hoperations and business partneringin retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries. Strong generalist HR background (talent acquisition, performance, engagement, compliance). Excellentstakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills .
