We are hiring for leading NBFC client based in Kochi.Skills- Excellent verbal communication in English,Tamil & Hindi; strong active listening - Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes - Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills - Basic computer proficiency - Customer‑centric mindsetKey ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction- Make outbound calls (for inbound/outbound remittances, follow‑ups, promotions) - Handle inbound customer calls (product queries, transactions, general support) - Listen actively, diagnose needs, and offer solutionsData & Record Management- Maintain accurate call logs and reports - Record customer details, interactions, resolutions - Update and ensure integrity of customer dataSales & Conversion- Convert leads into sales, meeting targetsProduct Expertise- Deep knowledge of product lineup, features, pricing, policies - Stay current on new launches, offers, and updatesQuality, Compliance & Escalation- Follow call center protocols, scripts, and quality standards - Track performance metrics (e.g. handle time, CSAT, adherence) - Participate in QA reviews - Escalate complex issues; coordinate with other teams to resolve
