Manageaudit reportingand governance processes, including drafting quarterlyAudit Committee Reportsfor executive leadership. Serve as aline of defensein internal audits, ensuring compliance and process maturity through regular audit cycles and system-based controls. Overseerecruitment operations , including RPO deployment, final assessments, and candidate reimbursements. Implementquality monitoring systemsand driveservice excellenceacross multi-location HR Shared Services. Utilize advancedExcel skillsand data analytics to improve reporting accuracy, reduce cycle times, and enhance stakeholder experience. Collaborate with IT and SaaS vendors to improve system workflows and user satisfactionQualifications: MBA in HR/Operations or related field Certified inLean Six Sigma(Green Belt/Black Belt preferred) Proven experience inGRC tools ,Workday ,ServiceNow , andExcel-based reporting Strong background inaudit management ,HR technology , andglobal recruitment Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills Experience in managing large-scale transitions and global deploymentsPreferred Skills: Black Belt project support experience Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Technofunctional expertise in HR systems and audit tools Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives
