We're Hiring: Senior Manager – GCC (Power Platform)Location: Bangalore / Mumbai / PuneExperience: 14+ years (with 5+ years in Power Platform & 7+ years in GCC market)Are you a strategic business development leader with a passion for Microsoft Power Platform and deep exposure to the GCC market? We're looking for someone who can drive consultative sales, solutioning, and client engagement across India and international markets.What You'll Do:- Lead sales strategy for GCC accounts with a focus on Power Platform - Drive solutioning and presales across verticals like Banking, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing - Engage with CXOs and IT leaders to position Power Platform as a transformation enabler - Collaborate across product, marketing, and delivery teams to build compelling narratives - Mentor presales consultants and contribute to internal capability buildingWhat You Bring:- Proven expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure Integration, AI Builder, and DevOps tools - Strong experience in IT solution sales, Microsoft sales, CRM sales, and GCC sales in the domestic market - Ability to structure complex deals and influence client decisions - Exposure to strategic partnerships and enterprise account managementPreferred Background:- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or IT - Experience in Financial Services, Energy, or Manufacturing sectors - Cross-cultural experience in GCC marketsIf you're ready to lead transformative initiatives and shape the future of Power Platform in GCC markets, we’d love to connect.Interested?Drop your profile to rhythmrhythm@ .
