OVERVIEWAn opportunity in the maintenance department of a reputed valve manufacturing company for an experienced engineer having an urge to grow and assume a leadership role.EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS- Graduate or Diploma Engineer in Mechanical/Electrical/MechatronicsCOMPETENCY- Having knowledge & working experience (minimum 5 years) in- Managing activities related to maintenance of Plant & Machinery of a Manufacturing Unit- Preference will be given to applicants having knowledge & experience in maintenance of CNC Machine, PLC Machine, DG Synchronizing Panel and Power Factor Panel- Shall be smart to use computer apps like MS Excel in day-to-day activities for efficient working - Shall be able to do written correspondence in English and communicate verbally in Hindi or Bengali - Preference will be given for having working experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certified organizationRESPONSIBILITIES- Ensuring minimum down-time of machines by quick restoration of break-downs - Ensuring preventive maintenance at scheduled time - Smart planning, storage and record keeping of spare’s stock - Ensure compliances related to safe working - Explore and implement new technologies e.g. Automation - Coordinating the commissioning & Installation of new machinery & equipment
