This role is responsible for expanding the company’scertification and compliance services portfolio , with a strong focus onSMETA audits and ISO certifications(e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.) acrossPAN India . As a senior leader in the Sales team, you will play a critical role instrategic planning, key account management, national client acquisition , andrevenue generationwhile collaborating with internal departments to ensure delivery excellence.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales & Market Development Drive strategic initiatives to grow thecertification services business(SMETA, SEDEX, ISO) in existing and new markets. Develop and implementPAN India sales plans , territory mapping, and sector-based outreach strategies. Identify emerging sectors with high demand forsocial compliance and management system certifications . Key Account Acquisition & Management Build and manage long-term relationships withcorporate clients, suppliers, manufacturers, and export houses . Handle enterprise-level B2B deals and negotiations with compliance, procurement, CSR, and sustainability teams. Maintain a robust pipeline ofhigh-value projects , ensuring regular follow-up and closure. Revenue & Target Ownership Own and exceed revenue targets for certification and audit services. Monitor regional and national sales performance metrics. Submit accurate sales forecasts and business reports to the management team. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with theOperations, Technical, and Auditteams to ensure successful service delivery. Provide client feedback to internal teams to refine service offerings. Required Skills & Experience: Proven10+ years of B2B sales experience , preferably incertification, compliance, or third-party auditingservices. Hands-on experience in sellingSMETA (SEDEX) auditsandISO standards(ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Strong understanding ofsocial compliance, ethical trade, and management system certification processes . Experience working withCertification Bodies ,Consulting Firms , orESG/CSR departments . Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Willing to travel across India for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or related (Master’s Degree is a plus).Work Location:PAN India any location (Kolkata Preferred)
