This full-time role is ideal for individuals who are confident incold calling, researching new prospects, and maintaining CRM data accuracy. The candidate should have ahunter’s mindset—someone who thrives on creating opportunities and generating5–7 qualified leads per monththrough consistent outreach and follow-up.Key Responsibilities Makea minimum of 200 outbound calls per weekto potential clients in theEurope and UKregions within the IT and cybersecurity domains. Conductresearch to identify potential leads , key decision-makers, and verified contact information (especially accurate email addresses). Generate, qualify, and nurture leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. MaintainCRM data integrity —ensuring all lead and activity records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Conduct initial qualification calls to understand prospect pain points and align with cybersecurity solutions provided by our European partner. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and enhance conversion rates. Meet and exceedmonthly KPIs : 5–7 qualified leads and 100% CRM data sanity compliance. Submit weekly activity reports highlighting call volumes, lead conversions, and key insights.Qualifications 0–12 months of experience inlead generation, cold calling, or inside sales —preferably inIT, cybersecurity, SaaS, or AI-based solutions . Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Strong research and data verification abilities to identify accurate contact details. Familiarity withCRM systems(e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo, Lusha, Hunter.io). Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven individual with strong follow-up discipline. Basic understanding ofcybersecurity and enterprise IT landscapeis an advantage. Ability to work independently with ownership and curiosity to learn continuously.
