We’re looking for a Digital Growth Associate (Advertiser Relations) — a dynamic and communication-driven individual passionate about digital marketing, client acquisition, and partnerships across global markets, primarily the U.S.This is a high-energy business development role focused on acquiring and managing advertisers across multiple digital verticals: Home Improvement, Loans, Auto Insurance, Solar, Roofing, Windows, and more.Key Responsibilities1. Client Outreach & Acquisition • Identify and connect with potential advertisers and agencies on LinkedIn, email, and industry forums. • Build meaningful relationships with decision-makers in the U.S. market. • Understand their campaign needs (CPL/CPS/Pay-Per-Call models) and pitch suitable collaboration opportunities.2. Campaign Onboarding & Management • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless advertiser onboarding into our network. • Collect offer details, tracking links, and creatives, and ensure campaigns go live smoothly. • Collaborate with the delivery team to monitor traffic quality and campaign performance.3. Communication & Relationship Building • Maintain ongoing communication with advertisers via email and video calls, providing updates, insights, and performance reviews. • Resolve operational issues and ensure advertiser satisfaction through consistent follow-ups. • Support renewal and upsell opportunities by identifying scaling potential within active accounts.4. Research & Market Intelligence • Research emerging verticals and identify new market trends relevant to the U.S. performance marketing space. • Track competitor offerings and benchmark pricing models to keep Seize The Ads competitive.5.
