Our mission is tosimplify hiringby blendingtechnology, data, and human expertise.Role Overview: We are looking for adetail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountantto manage day-to-day financial operations, handle invoicing, ensure compliance, and support management with financial reporting. The ideal candidate should havehands-on experience with Zoho Books or Tallyand a strong understanding ofGST, TDS, and reconciliation processes.Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting inZoho Books or Tally. Record and managevendor invoices, client invoices, and expense entries. Performbank reconciliation, vendor ledger reconciliation,and payment tracking. Manageaccounts payable and receivableefficiently. 2. Client Billing & Vendor Payments Prepareclient invoicesbased on timesheets and project milestones. Maintainvendor payout sheetsand ensure timely processing. Follow up withclients and vendorsfor payment updates and confirmations. 3. Compliance & Documentation Maintain proper records forGST, TDS, and income tax. Coordinate withCA firmsfor audits, filings, and compliance requirements. Ensure accurate documentation and filing of allfinancial records. 4. Reporting & Analysis Prepareweekly and monthly financial summaries(revenue, expenses, cash flow). Assist management withMIS reports and financial projections. Identify and flaginconsistencies or overdue paymentsproactively. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency inZoho Books, Tally, or similar accounting tools. Sound knowledge ofGST, TDS, and reconciliation procedures. ExcellentExcel and reportingskills. Strongattention to detailand ability to work independently.
