We’re looking for a Data Lead who can design, lead, and optimize enterprise-scale data ecosystems, leveraging platforms like Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake . This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build a robust data foundation that enables analytics, governance, and business intelligence. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines , ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing solutions. Architect and manage centralized data platforms using Snowflake and/or Microsoft Fabric. Implement best practices for data modeling , metadata management , and data architecture . Define governance, security, and compliance frameworks across the data ecosystem. Evaluate and adopt emerging tools, frameworks, and technologies in the data space. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience in the data domain , with proven expertise in large-scale data warehousing and analytics. Strong hands-on experience in ETL/ELT development , data integration , and pipeline orchestration . Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages like Python or Scala . Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts , data modeling , and performance optimization . Strong problem-solving and team leadership abilities.
