You will be instrumental in shaping the product vision, strategy, and delivery of our platform, owning the product from its nascent stages (0 to 1) through scaling.What You’ll Do Product Vision & Strategy:Take complete ownership of key product features and modules, from ideation and requirement gathering to launch and continuous iteration. You will be a significant contributor to the product roadmap and overall product strategy, ensuring alignment with our company's ambitious goals.From 0 to 1 and Beyond:Lead the development of new product functionalities from scratch, tackling complex legal-tech challenges and finding innovative solutions to bring our vision to life in a fast-paced, agile environment.Requirement Gathering & Detailing:Conduct in-depth market research and user interviews to deeply understand the needs and pain points of individuals seeking legal advice. You will translate these insights into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.Data-Driven Decision Making:Utilize data analysis to inform your product decisions. This includes analyzing user behavior, tracking key product performance metrics with tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel, and setting up and interpreting A/B tests to drive growth and improve the user experience.Project & Roadmap Management:Masterfully manage the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing features based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
