Value Pitch:Present LandsZo’sAI/ML-powered platformthat enhances sales efficiency, provides actionable insights, and delivers qualified leads. Full Sales Cycle Ownership:Manage the end-to-end process — from lead generation to negotiation, contract closure, and successful partner onboarding. Relationship Management:Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners to ensure continued success and engagement on the platform. Achieve Targets:Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and listing targets. Market Feedback:Act as the voice of the customer — share insights and feedback with product and tech teams to improve user experience. Networking:Represent LandsZo at real estate events, conferences, and meetups to expand our network and brand visibility.What We're Looking ForExperience:2-3+ years of proven B2B or SaaS sales experience. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of theGurgaon real estate market(highly preferred). Experience inPropTech,real estate, orstartup environmentsis a big plus. Communication:Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Hunter Mindset:Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented — thrives on closing deals and building partnerships from scratch. Tech-Savvy:Comfortable using digital tools and CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
