The role requires active problem-solving to optimize productivity and maintain production targets.Qualifications Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering Skills Required: Strong knowledge of sheet metal processes (blanking, forming, punching) Hands-on experience with mechanical/hydraulic presses Production planning & manpower management Preventive maintenance coordination with tool room Quality awareness (SPC, 7 QC tools, 5S)
