This role combines investigative precision with emotional sensitivity — decoding both visible and invisible layers of a person’s life to enable ExQuisite to design experiences that feel personally crafted, intuitive, and effortless.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailedopen-source intelligence research(digital, social, and public domain) to understand member personas, preferences, and patterns. Buildpsychographic and lifestyle intelligence profilesthat combine factual data with emotional insights. Validate and background-checkvendors, partners, and affiliatesto ensure brand alignment, reliability, and integrity. Maintain and continuously updateMember Dossiers— living documents reflecting evolving preferences and behaviours. Collaborate with Lifestyle Managers and Curators to translate intelligence intoexperience design insights . Monitor emerging trends, elite lifestyle shifts, and niche consumer patterns that can inspire ExQuisite’s offerings. Ensuredata confidentiality, ethical compliance, and discretionin all intelligence-gathering activities. Use advanced research tools and techniques for digital footprint mapping, social sentiment analysis, and source validation. Contribute to development of ExQuisite’s proprietary“Human Experience Intelligence”database.Key CompetenciesMastery inOSINT techniques , including advanced search, data correlation, metadata tracing, and identity mapping. Deep understanding ofhuman behaviour, psychology, and social dynamics . Ability to synthesise information intosuccinct, actionable insights . Strong sense ofethics, discretion, and confidentiality . Sharp analytical writing and storytelling ability — can turn data into narratives. Calm, composed demeanour — able to handle sensitive personal information with maturity.Preferred Background3–6 years of experience in OSINT, Competitive Intelligence, Risk Advisory, Forensic Research, or Intelligence Analysis. Backgrounds from: Kroll, Control Risks, S-RM, Deloitte Forensics, EY Risk Advisory, or Intelligence/Investigative Agencies preferred. Education: Master’s in Intelligence Studies, Psychology, Behavioural Science, International Relations, or Data Analytics. Advanced proficiency with tools like Maltego, SpiderFoot, Social Links, and data verification platforms.KPIsAccuracy & relevance of intelligence reports (≥ 95%) Turnaround time on member/vendor research (≤ 48 hours) Insight-to-execution conversion rate (how many insights lead to meaningful experience design) Compliance with confidentiality and ethical protocols (100%)KRAsDeliver actionable human intelligence that drives deeper personalisation.
