Reporting to the Product Management, you will combine technical expertise and business acumen to scout potential collaborators across the globe, negotiate impactful partnership models, and ensure seamless execution that delivers mutual value. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven professional passionate about building global tech alliances and thriving in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.Location:Indore, Madhya PradeshRoles and Responsibilities:*Global Partner Prospecting:Research and identify potential partner companies worldwide using market analysis, industry reports, and global networks to uncover opportunities for co-innovation, technology integration, or market expansion. * Build and Nurture Relationships:Initiate and manage outreach to key decision-makers at international organizations, conducting virtual and in-person discovery calls to align on shared objectives and foster long-term partnerships. * Develop Partnership Strategies:Design tailored global partnership models (e.g., API integrations, co-marketing, joint ventures, or distribution agreements) that drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market penetration while delivering value to partners. * Negotiate and Finalise Agreements:Lead negotiations for global partnership contracts, ensuring technical feasibility, commercial viability, and alignment with strategic goals; collaborate with legal, product, and engineering teams for smooth execution. * Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, engineering, marketing) to integrate partner solutions, monitor partnership performance (e.g., ROI, user acquisition, market share), and optimise strategies for global impact. * Market Intelligence:Stay informed on global tech trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML,Video Analytics, cloud computing, blockchain); provide insights on international markets to inform partnership strategies. * Reporting and Analytics:Track and report on partnership pipeline health, deal progress, and growth metrics using tools like JIRA or HubSpot; deliver actionable insights to leadership. * Global Engagement:Represent the company at tech conferences, virtual summits, and industry forums, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and global networks to build visibility and generate leads.Qualifications and Requirements:* Experience:3-5 years in business development, partnerships, or alliance management, ideally in a technical or SaaS environment with exposure to international markets. Experience in the global tech ecosystem is a strong plus. * Education:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or certifications in partnership management or sales are advantageous. * Technical Knowledge:Solid understanding of software development, APIs, and emerging technologies like AI, IoT, or blockchain. Experience with technical integrations or product demos is highly desirable.* Skills: *Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse global stakeholders and simplify complex technical concepts. *Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives across cultures; proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) for global pipeline management. *Analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or BI platforms to track partnership KPIs. *Self-motivated and adaptable, with experience working in a hybrid/remote setup and managing global time zones.*Location-Specific : Based in Indore or willing to relocate; familiarity with the tech ecosystem (e.g., connections in IITs or incubators) is a bonus but not mandatory.
