The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, develop and execute strategic plans, manage budgets, lead a team, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. They will also be responsible for streamlining workflows, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving business growth through effective decision-making and innovation.Qualifications Leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities Strategic planning, operational oversight, and financial management experience Problem-solving, workflow optimization, and compliance management skills Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
