We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive (Export Business) to handle international clients, develop new markets, and manage export sales — all while working remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, international communication, client handling, and achieving export targets through digital channels and direct marketing.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.• Generate and manage leads through online platforms, B2B portals (IndiaMART, Alibaba, TradeIndia, etc.), and digital marketing.• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and agents.• Negotiate and finalize export contracts and pricing.• Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts team for order execution.• Prepare and maintain export documentation (Invoice, LC, Bill of Lading, etc.).• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new regions and trends.• Promote company products through email marketing, social media, and online campaigns.• Prepare regular sales reports and achieve assigned monthly/quarterly targets.Qualifications & Experience:• MBA / Graduate in Marketing, International Business, or related field.• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in export sales & marketing (Chemicals/Essential Oils/Food / Fragrance / FMCG industry preferred).• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Good knowledge of international trade procedures and export documentation.• Must be proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online B2B platforms.
