Build astartup culturethat rewards learning and results. Mentor new hires & track30/60/90-day growth plans. Keep HRdigital and paperless— dashboards, not files. Lead bilingual communication ( Malayalam + English ) for hiring, on boarding, and people management.Growth & MentorshipWork directly with founders and leadership. Learn people systems, culture design, and business alignment. Career path →Head of People / Culture Leader (12–18 months).Compensation & ESOP₹28,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on ownership & experience).
