The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design and detailing,specifically in pre-engineered buildings. You will be responsible for developing innovative designsolutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with various stakeholders todeliver high-quality projects.Key Responsibilities: Design and Detail: Design and detail pre-engineered buildings using advanced software likeSTAAD and MBS (Metal Building Systems), ensuring structural integrity and optimal designefficiency. Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed design and engineering drawings, andcomprehensive documentation for PEB / Structural Steel projects. Collaborative Design Development: Work closely with project managers, architects, andother engineering teams to create design solutions that meet client requirements and enhanceproject outcomes. Structural Analysis: Conduct rigorous structural analysis (2D & 3D) and design calculationsto ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards. Design Review and Optimization: Review design modifications, provide solutions fordesign challenges, and ensure timely and effective project delivery. Technical Support: Coordinate with fabrication and construction teams to address designrelatedqueries and provide technical support during the implementation phase. Project Engagement: Actively participate in project meetings and present design conceptsand progress updates to stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practicesto enhance design methodologies and drive innovation in project delivery.Qualifications & Skills required: Educational Background: B.E / B-Tech in Civil Engineering. M-Tech in StructuralEngineering preferred Experience: 4-8 years of experience in the estimation and design of pre-engineered steelbuildings / Structural – Steel buildings. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in design software, particularly STAAD, MBS, AutoCAD /ZW CAD. Proficiency in ETABS would be an advantage. High proficiency in MS office suitrequired. Structural Expertise: Strong understanding of structural analysis (2D & 3D), designprinciples Codal Expertise: Very conversant with Indian and American Codes especially IS 800-2007(including Chapter 12 provisions), IS 875, IS-1893, IS 801-1975, ASCE-7-16, AISC 2016,AISI 2016.
