Company DescriptionMARS Safety Training Institute is a leading provider of internationally accredited Nebosh & HSE training In Kerala & Mumbai.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Kerala for Nebosh Trainers at Mars Safety Training Institute. The Nebosh Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering NEBOSH training courses and programs. The trainer will prepare training materials, conduct training sessions, and evaluate training outcomes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of NEBOSH syllabus and standards, providing support to learners, and ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.QualificationsNEBOSH IDIP/Graduate OR Btech in Safety/ certification and relevant teaching qualificationsStrong knowledge of health and safety regulations and practicesExperience in developing and delivering training programs and materialsExcellent presentation and communication skillsAbility to assess and evaluate training outcomesProficiency with training software and technologiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRelevant industry experience is a plusBachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field
