Blutic is looking for a Data Integration Developer (Level 2) with 4+ yrs experience in developing and maintaining ETL processes, reports, and database solutions using SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server. This role requires solid technical skills to implement solutions, optimize code, and collaborate effectively in an Agile/Kanban environment under the guidance of senior team members.This is a 100% long term remote opportunity. The candidate should be willing to work in 9 hrs shift anywhere between 11am-11pm IST with an overlap of 3-4 hrs on Pacific time zone.Core Skills Required:4+ years hands-on experience with SSIS and SSRSStrong proficiency in SQL Server (T-SQL, query optimization)Basic understanding of C# (nice to have)Key Responsibilities1. Development & ImplementationDevelop and maintain SSIS packages for data integration and transformationCreate and modify SSRS reports with basic to intermediate complexityWrite and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functionsPerform data validation and troubleshoot ETL process issues2. Team CollaborationWork closely with Level 3 developer(s) and Offshore Lead to implement solutionsParticipate in code reviews and apply best practicesDocument technical specifications and maintain Confluence/Jira updatesAttend daily stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies3. Quality AssuranceConduct unit testing and support integration testing effortsIdentify and fix defects in developed solutionsAssist in performance tuning of database objects and ETL processesRequired Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsTools:Experience with Azure DevOps or similar ALM toolsFamiliarity with Jira/Confluence for documentationSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a team environment with onshore/offshore membersGood communication skills (written and verbal)Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldRelevant Microsoft certifications preferredExperience in financial/healthcare domains a plus
