Developer Role and ResponsibilitiesAs aProject Manager officer , you will be responsible for driving project governance, portfolio management, and strategic reporting across multiple initiatives. You will lead the PMO function, ensuring adherence to organizational standards, optimizing processes, and enabling leadership with actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Expected Activities: Own and manage PMO governance frameworks , ensuring compliance across all projects and programs. Lead development ofportfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reportsusing advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros/VBA, complex formulas) and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau). Drivedata analysis and trend identificationto support strategic decision-making and resource optimization. Overseebudgeting, forecasting, and financial trackingfor projects and programs. Facilitateexecutive governance meetings , presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Mentor and coach PMO analysts and project coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence. Collaborate with delivery teams toidentify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement . Continuously refine PMO processes for efficiency and scalability.Qualifications and Skills 5+ years of experiencein PMO, program management, or portfolio governance roles. Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel(including macros/VBA, complex modeling, and automation). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience indata visualization tools(Power BI, Tableau). Solid understanding ofproject management methodologies(Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet). Experience infinancial managementfor projects (budgeting, cost tracking, variance analysis). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
