Work closely with the business development team tosecure client signupsand ensure successful onboarding. Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and signups in the company tracker. Keep up-to-date with **trends in the US staffing and job portal industry.Bachelor’s degree in any field. Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT staffing, sales support, or related operations. Knowledge of US job portals (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone). Candidates from Andhra Pradesh are preferred.
