As part of our expansion, we’re seeking an Advanced Senior DevOps Engineer with a deep expertise in Azure DevOps, database scaling, auto-scaling, and security. This critical role will drive the scalability of our platform, ensuring robust performance and high availability while embedding security into every aspect of the DevOps lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Platform Scalability & Optimization: Architect scalable and highly available infrastructure, capable of handling large datasets, live data streams, and real-time processing.Azure DevOps Expertise: Implement and optimize DevOps workflows using Azure DevOps at an advanced level. Manage Azure services for scalable cloud solutions, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Monitor.Database Scaling & Automation: Develop strategies for managing databases in scalable environments, focusing on automatic scaling, sharding, replication, and performance tuning for large datasets.CI/CD Pipeline Automation: Design, automate, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines, ensuring quick, secure, and reliable deployments across the platform.Security at Scale: Implement and manage security practices within the DevOps lifecycle, such as automated vulnerability scanning, IAM (Identity and Access Management), encryption protocols, and secure network configurations.Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Build and maintain fully automated infrastructure environments using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar, ensuring that all infrastructure is scalable and version-controlled.Advanced Monitoring & Incident Response: Implement proactive monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to track system performance and scalability, ensuring timely incident responses and resolutions.Auto-Scaling & Automation: Design auto-scaling mechanisms to handle fluctuating workloads and ensure optimal performance under high traffic scenarios.Collaborative Work Environment: Partner with security, operations, and development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery while maintaining system integrity.Minimum Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from IIT specializing in engineering, computer science, or relevant technical fields.Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in complex DevOps and SecOps environments, with an emphasis on Azure DevOps.Required Expertise:Advanced skills in Azure DevOps (including AKS, Azure Pipelines, and Azure Monitor).Expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud-native services.Database scaling knowledge, including sharding, replication, and auto-scaling.Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) for scalable infrastructure provisioning.Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines with Azure Pipelines or equivalent tools.Security Best Practices for DevOps, including vulnerability management, IAM, network security, encryption, and security automation.Automation and Auto-Scaling expertise, including Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization at scale.Monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) and building alerting mechanisms for scale.Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).Nice to Have:Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or similar.Experience with serverless architectures and microservices.Familiarity with compliance frameworks like ISO, SOC 2, GDPR.Why Join EZAIX?Work on leading-edge technology solutions designed for large-scale platforms.Collaborate with industry experts in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Be part of a company focused on growth, performance, and top-tier security practices.Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and clear opportunities for career advancement.How to Apply: Send your resume and a brief cover letter showcasing your experience in advanced Azure DevOps, scaling, automation, and security practices.
