You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to implement robust, scalable, and efficient workflows across multiple domains. Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.). Develop client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and custom widgets using JavaScript and the Glide API. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and other middleware. Configure and maintain CMDB, discovery, and asset management modules. Implement automation using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Orchestration. Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation. Ensure platform stability, scalability, and performance optimization. Manage and review update sets, version control, and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and ITIL best practices. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators. Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ yearsof hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform. Strong command ofJavaScript ,Glide API ,HTML ,CSS , andAngularJS . In-depth knowledge ofITSM ,ITOM ,CMDB , andService Portal customization . Proven experience withintegrations— REST, SOAP, JSON, LDAP, JDBC, and external APIs. Experience inFlow Designer ,Business Rules ,Script Includes , andCustom Applications . Familiarity withPerformance Analytics ,Reporting , andSecurity (ACLs) . Understanding ofAgile/Scrum methodologiesand working in a collaborative DevOps environment. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ( CSA ) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ( CAD ) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ( CIS ) – ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD Additional certifications in Discovery, IntegrationHub, or App Engine are a plus.
