With a strong customer base and growing digital presence, we are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to enhance our online platforms, drive traffic, and support overall business growth.Key Responsibilities:Website Management Manage, update, and optimize company websites (Shopify, WordPress).Ensure smooth user experience, fast loading speed, and mobile responsiveness.Implement SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimizations.Should have knowledge of developing languages and designing software for functionality upgrades and improvements.Digital Advertising & CampaignsPlan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube Ads, and Google Ads.Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.Monitor, analyze, and report on ad performance with actionable insights.SEO & Content OptimizationConduct keyword research and competitor analysis.Monitor organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings, maintain blogs and implement strategies to ensure smooth functionality in terms of UI/UXAnalytics & ReportingTrack performance across multiple platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and YouTube Studio.Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements.Graphics & CreativesDesign and edit basic creatives for ads and website use (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).Collaborate with creative/design teams for advanced requirements.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or related field.2–3 years of proven experience in website handling and digital ads management.Hands-on experience with Shopify & WordPress.Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).Proven track record in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns.Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator).Knowledge of developing languages to ensure functionality upgrades.Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Job Type: Full - time (on-site)
