- Manage the full recruitment cycle including manpower planning, sourcing strategy, IJPs, volume and lateral hiring, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, and confirmations. - Drive employee engagement by resolving concerns, conducting exit interviews, analyzing attrition, and supporting retention, career development, and promotions. - Ensure HR compliance by monitoring licenses/registrations and managing statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, and EWF across locations. - Maintain accurate HR data, monthly MIS on hiring/exits/transfers, and create additional management reports as required. - Support goal setting, annual appraisals, performance evaluation, feedback processes, and PIP management. - Conduct employee connect sessions offices to strengthen engagement and communication. - Partner with business leaders to design and execute HR strategies, provide advisory support, manage stakeholders, and build strong relationships to drive HR processes effectively.
