About Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. HR Recruiter with a proven track record in US Staffing and in-house recruitment.Complete Candidate Requirements:Stable career history: Must demonstrate consistent tenure; frequent job hoppers will not be considered.US Staffing experience: Mandatory prior experience working with US Staffing companies and successfully placing candidates in-house.Geography restriction: Candidates with recruitment experience in other geographies (APAC, EMEA, domestic India staffing) will not be considered, except those with proven US Staffing exposure.Shift flexibility: Only candidates willing to work in the EST shift are eligible.Career focus: Candidates currently in US Staffing but seeking to change careers are not acceptable at this time.Technical expertise: Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and hands-on use of job portals (Naukri, Monster, Linkedin, & Indeed).Talent sourcing skills: Must have demonstrated ability in networking and head-hunting to build strong pipelines of passive and active candidates.Recruitment cycle ownership: Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.Communication & collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage candidates and coordinate effectively with HR and leadership teams.Disclaimer: Shortlisted candidates meeting the criteria will be reached out for interviews.
