Role: Dynamics Engineers Location: Remote, If required candidate should present in office. Hiring process: 2 Rounds Shift: 2-11 PM IST Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months. Must Have Skill: Dynamics 365, Azure/AWS Required Skills · 4–8 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Commerce / CRM / CE/ Supply Chain)· Strong understanding of OOTB features and track record in build/configure using feature set, configurations, flow & functionality.· Experience in working on CRM, Case management and Workflow automation.· Experience in Schema definition and integrating Dynamics with backend/3rd party services via REST / GraphQL· Knowledge of Azure AD B2C / identity & access management· Hands-on with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)· Exposure to Azure cloud architecture, Dev ops , pipelines· Past experience on using tools like Jira or similar Nice to Have · Experience in fintech / SME lending / payments / digital banking / embedded finance· Functional knowledge of B2B marketplace or similar platforms· Exposure to Wave 2 update, Copilot Studio , Agent build & deploy. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical expertiseEnterprise Architect + PMO functions Function : Technology Governance, documentation & project management related activitiesWe are seeking a detail-oriented professional to own technology governance and risk management while supporting strategic program delivery.60% of the role focuses on maintaining IT policies, standards, risk registers, audit readiness, controls testing, and compliance reporting across cybersecurity, cloud, data, and change management. 40% of the role supports PMO activities including project tracking, RAID management, execution governance, and stakeholder reporting.The ideal candidate has experience in regulated or enterprise IT environments, preferably banking strong documentation skills, and the ability to work across engineering, security, governance teams and collect data & inputs business teams.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and familiarity with relevant technology governance frameworks required
