Join our dynamic team at Mphasis and be part of a company that values expertise, precision, and growth!Position Overview:Were looking for professionals with:2+ years of experience in US Residential Mortgage Underwriting Strong knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, and investor guidelines Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to evaluate complete loan documents and make sound approval/denial decisions Expertise in credit report analysis, including trade lines, derogatory accounts, and public records Proficiency in income calculation from various sources: salaried, business, retirement, rental Familiarity with tax documents: 1040s, Schedule E, 1065, 1120, 1120S, K1, transcripts Thorough asset verification: bank statements, retirement accounts, mutual funds, investments Strong grasp of the 4 Cs of Underwriting: Credit, Capacity, Capital, Collateral Ability to assess borrowers willingness and ability to repay Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and hardworking attitudeApply Now!
