Role Summary We are seeking a drivenRecruitment Specialist(Senior Specialist / Assistant Manager level, depending on experience) with strong expertise inBFSI sector hiring . The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, interacting with clients, sourcing niche talent, and ensuring timely closures across Banking, Financial Services & Insurance roles.Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment (BFSI Focus) Understand client requirements across BFSI roles (Credit, Risk, Operations, Sales, Underwriting, Claims, Investment, Branch Banking, Insurance Ops, etc.) Source & screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, database, headhunting, networking. Assess candidates for skills, stability, BFSI domain understanding, and culture fit. 2. Client Management & Coordination Engage with BFSI clients to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities. Share shortlisted profiles and maintain timely communication with hiring managers. Conduct weekly client calls, manage feedback, and ensure smooth process flow. 3. Interview Coordination & Candidate Management Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients. Brief candidates before interviews and maintain a strong candidate experience. Follow up on feedback, manage offers, and support onboarding. 4. Reporting & MIS Maintain trackers, dashboards, and recruitment MIS. Update daily/weekly progress on active mandates. Ensure data accuracy and adherence to internal processes. 5. Team & Process Contribution (For Sr. Specialist / AM) Mentor junior recruiters whenever required. Manage high-volume mandates independently. Contribute to improving sourcing strategies and recruitment processes. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of BFSI hiring and industry-specific job roles. Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, database, referrals, etc. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple mandates under tight timelines. Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment systems/ATS.Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in HR or related field preferred. Experience: Specialist: 1–3 years Senior Specialist: 3–5 years Assistant Manager: 5–7 years Relevant experience in a recruitment firm/consultancy with BFSI hiring is mandatory.
