Responsibility- Prepare design specification and tender information. - Prepare and design the total system or selected subsystem of a paint line as per specification. - To calculate all engineering / technical data of the design specification. - To calculate, analyze and determine engineering calculations required for the paint system. - Review technical specifications and drawings to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance. - Research and conduct prototype testing on new products and systems. - Prepare bill of materials and functional part list. - To purchase functional part / machinery part regarding design. - Participate in the commissioning of system and develop the documentation with sub-contractors. - Provide detailed reports on the design works i.e. tolerance analysis report. - Prepare system documentations. - Prepare engineering change requests. - Perform other function and/or assignment as required by the management.Requirements- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. - Required skill(s): AutoCad, Autodesk Inventor - At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
