We are seeking a motivated Junior Transfer Pricing Analyst to join our UAE Transfer Pricing practice.This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals interested in developing strongtechnical skills in international tax and transfer pricing. Comprehensive training will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation in line with UAE CT law, OECDguidelines, and relevant regulationsSupport benchmarking studies using global databasesConduct financial and economic analyses for related-party transactionsAssist in preparing Local Files, Master Files, and Country-by-Country related deliverablesResearch UAE Corporate Tax legislation and international tax/TP developmentsSupport in the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and reportsWork closely with seniors/managers to execute client engagementsMaintain accurate working papers and project documentationRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field0–2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, tax, or financial analysis (freshers welcome)Strong analytical and numerical skillsGood communication and report-writing skillsProficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentEagerness to learn and build expertise in Transfer PricingWhat We OfferStructured training and continuous learning opportunitiesExposure to high-quality TP and international tax engagementsGrowth in a leading tax advisory environmentCollaborative and supportive team culture
