We are seeking a Principal QA Engineer to join our agile development team and take ownership of delivering high-quality software through advanced testing strategies. This is a hands-on IC role where you will design and implement automation frameworks, execute complex test plans, and drive an AI-first approach to quality assurance.What You’ll DoLead Testing Initiatives: Design, develop, and maintain robust testing strategies and automation platforms.Hands-On Execution: Author and execute functional test cases and automation scripts for complex features.Automation Expertise: Define and implement automation strategies, protocols, and frameworks.Performance & Accessibility: Conduct performance testing and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.Continuous Improvement: Recommend architectural improvements for scalability and reliability of testing methodologies.Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to ensure sprint commitments are met.AI-Driven QA: Leverage AI agents to automate test execution and reduce reliance on traditional scripts.What We’re Looking ForExperience:8–13 years overall in Software Testing.6+ years in Automation Testing.3+ years hands-on experience with Cypress and TypeScript for UI automation.Performance testing with K6API testing using PostmanAccessibility tools like Wave and AudioEyeDevOps Knowledge: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.Future-Ready Mindset: Ability to leverage AI agents for automated testing.
