We’re Hiring – Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer! Location: Hyderabad or Remote Shift: Second Shift (till 12:30 AM IST) Experience: 5+ Years (Immediate Joiners Preferred)  Job Description We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who can lead development efforts, high-quality Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Service Cloud experience and hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations. Responsibilities Lead Salesforce development and configuration activities Design and build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Integrations Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Participate in deployment cycles, reviews, and release management Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure best practices Contribute to reusable components, clean code, and technical governance  Required Skills Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce development experience 3+ years of mandatory experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Strong hands-on experience with: APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows & Integrations Excellent communication and ability to work directly with business users Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset Certifications Required Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) Good to Have Salesforce CPQ experience
