Job Description:Regaal Resources Limited is looking for a skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical operations, equipment maintenance, and process improvement activities within our agro-based manufacturing facility. Candidates with experience in starch manufacturing will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee mechanical systems, utilities, and plant machinery. - Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. - Troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure uninterrupted operations. - Implement efficiency and reliability improvement projects. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards. - Coordinate with production and other plant teams for smooth functioning.Qualifications & Experience:- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. - 6–9 years of relevant experience in manufacturing; experience in starch manufacturing is an added advantage.
